Cause
- Some of the older machines (used to
connect to S-One or SingNet Magix) have both ethernet card and ATM card (both
having RJ-45 socket). Sometimes the ethernet cable (from router/ modem) is
accidentally connected to the ATM port instead of ethernet port, especially
after re-wiring/ PC re-location.

Solution
- Unplug the RJ-45 cable from the ATM
port, and connect it to the Ethernet port. Please exercise discretion since both
ports look alike)

- After re-arranging the
equipment (Modem & router), cannot get internet connection although all
the cables are connected properly.

Cause
- The Starhub modem needs to be reset.
